Okee day, we got the Outreach performance out of the way today, and we cut our show down by a bit so we had a full 55 minutes at the City Center to eat. "Eat?" me and 'Sunta said. "who needs food?" So we went and bought Kill Bill #1, and of course, visted Comic World. Gravi 5 was nowhere to be seen, however I did procure 3 new manga. One was Basara #5, a GREAT story which noone will give a chance because the art seems really old, but it is truly a great story. Second was Shutterbox #1, this volume didn't live up to my expectations. I'll see #2 before I decide whether or not to continue with it. And Third, and best of all, was my purchase of a new series: "Sensual Phrase" #1. I just bought it cuz of the title and the guyt on the front, but it is now on eof my fave series. The guy is hot, he's the sexy lead singer of a band called Lucifer who sing REEEEEAAALLY erotic songs. There is this girl named Aine who was writing lyrics for a competition and the iwnd got them (a la Gravi style) and she ran into the road to get them. She was almost hit by Sayuka's car (the hot lead singer) and he gave her a bacstage pass. She went to the concert, he asked her to be the group's lyricist, she agrees after a lot of cool/bad/funky shit happens. She has a lot of stuff happen to her cuz everyone knows that super hot Sayuka is around her (not that bad of stuff, you ecchis!) I can't explain it very well, but i will say that, for Het, it is VERY good.
Kill Bill kicks Muy ass.
