Chris woke me at the ungodly hour of 7:30 AM with a plastic Santa who, for all intents and purposes, wanted to wish me a "merry Christmas, Ho Ho Ho". Several times. So i got up. I knew not to expect too much this Xmas, the parents saying that as I get older the stuff gets more expensive. I got a lot of stuff for my car- armor all, febreze Motor, and car chalk (which is all the rage down here- you write messages on car windows) and stuff for my computer. Kick-ass clothes (one black sweater with chains and ruched nylon all over it :) ), and some other cool stuff. I quite liked the Mulan Spec. ed DVD and Hero (from Chris). I got Destiny's Child's new CD, TB #3&4 (squeeeeee!!!) and many other things.

But I have yet to get to the greatest present of all. I got this really big box- and it was a printer/scanner/copier/digital camera prints.

Holy Hell.

It is so friggin' small! It will fit on my desk, and it is multi-functional and cool. I named him Cortex.

But that still isn't the best part.

I got a fucking laptop.

After being told for months that I wouldn't be getting it unitl June so I wouldn't have to upgrade, I got a top-of-the-line Toshiba Qosmio 17" widescreen computer.

i reiterate, Holy Hell.

The clarity on this thing is amazing! I watched Riddick (my gift to Chris) and it was like watching a DVD on our plasma screen.

I named it Cosmo. And he's cool. Muy cool.

Chris got a punching bag and steering wheel for his X-box so he's happy. I am in a euphoric state of bliss.

And soon we get to have turkey!!

Mery Christmas to all, and Happy Turkey!!

(unless you're Jewish, Kwanzaa-ish, or atheist-ish, then Happy Holidays)
