Skipped out on my workout with the trainer this morning- the damn dogs had me up every two hours so suffice to say going to the gym was not high on my list of priorites.
The next in a seemingly enormous line of days where the temp. has been 30C+ all day. Even at 6am, the temp is at 25C. And it's only June.
