Guess whose show was written up in the college newspaper? That would be mine! I now present an excerpt from my college's paper's article: "Body Image Festival: worth the weight":
The second act was Madeleine George's short play, The Most Massive Woman Wins, directed by Nikki _______. The audience enters the lives of four women, sitting nervously in a dreary looking liposuction clinic waiting room. With minimal stage props (only four chairs and a table), the stories of these four women are told through a smooth weave of dialogue, surreal flashbacks, and haunting monolgues, thanks to a skilled direction from ________.
Note my last name has been omitted. That is on purpose.
But isn't it cool? Mom, Dad- will be sending a copy soon to add to my growing collection of accolades.
