I have returned! Not that I actually ever left but have been remiss in my posting b/c of the fact that I haven't done much for the last few days until last night and today. Last night Joyce and I went to Inside, a club at University and Richmond for part of WInterfest Celebrations. We were line for about an hour or less, finally getting in before midnight. People were already drunk in line, one person having puked on the sidewalk. Once we actually got in, it was extremely crowded, drunk people and no coat check. We emptied our coat pockets, shoving keys and money down boots and shirts before throwing our coats on a chair. I danced with my cell phone, which was quite lucky for me considering the guys who kept trying to dance way too close. Joyce got hooked once from which I rescued her. Another thing, I have never been such an involved bystander in grinding. You were so close to other people that on occasion, let's just say, that it was not his partner's ass he was grabbing. Ran into a lot of people from classes and some random friends. We then caught the last train home but as there was no attendant we hopped the subway rails and got in without paying. Thus, as a result, I slept in until 10:30 or so, feeling I deserved the sleep.

Got the results of Japanese midterm back- 91.7 (? or so), 9th in the course- rewarded myself nby going out with the gang to sushi club and got tempura and udon- udon way too fishy, did not finish. We proceeded back to res and later I walk in on John, Maria, and Alison making their way through a case of beer. Then there was a party. We drank a bit and listened to Dan's CDs- some with music from grade 7/8. Anyone remember the Vengaboys? Anyone? Then we practiced our junior high dancing- holding partner at arm's length and moving in nausea inducing circles. Much dancing on beds and singing occurred. Now I need sleep as am going shopping tomorrow.
