Happy Birthday Land of my Birth! May it be a joyous holiday full of firework glory and beer. I admit being remiss in my patriotic glory by not putting up a flag, but I shall make up for it by watching Just for Laughs Oh! Canada Day special on the Comedy Network. And by drinking beer.

I am really excited about going back to Canada next week- not only to go to Toronto and the cottage, but to head out East and see where I spent the first 12 years of my life, and to hear the wonderful french that is east coast french, and eat seafood, and see the giant lobster in Shediac. At eat fried clams at the Rendez-vous. Of course, not so excited about all the flying- am so sick of airplanes right now, and sometime during this trip I have to convince mom and lynn that we need to go to St. Louis to go shopping and I can duck out for a few hours to go see AFI in concert. This must be done getnly, says I. And of course, I will be seeing POTC 2 while in New Brunswick- saw Johnny Depp Biography yesterday and the clips they showed looked awesome!

Tomorrow will be seeing The Devil Wears Prada and hope to be entertained.
