I love this new job. So far. I really hope it doesn't start to go downhill but it pleases me to no end that my one shift tuesday night paid for half of my boston shift. My shift tonight should pay for the other half. And Tom tells me there should be no problems picking up some shifts in the coming weeks so this means that Nikki should be getting enough money to live in Japan this summer. Of course, hopefully the scholarship applications I will be getting done this week will also help out!
Tuesday was so freaking hot! It was around 20 degrees so Danny and I skipped astro and hung out on the VUSAC balcony with Carrie, Alex, Bex, Roux, Mark, and Swatters. Ice Cream was had, my nose was burned by the sun, and I remembered that I have to buy sunblock to protect my tattoo from its damaging rays!
I have been rollerblading everyday which means I get more sleep as I get to class in half the time. It is so nice to be out that a couple of us are planning a trip down to Bloor West to go skating on the Humber Trail.
One concert, one tennis and one skating lesson left, 2 1/2 weeks left of school, 3 exams, one essay left.
And then Japan and 4 months of not seeing my second family.
Oh boy...
