Sometimes the best shifts at work are where you do nothing but talk about music, California, spicy curry, and strange dialects with interesting people. It is ridiculous how much fun can be had alongside the responsibilities of customer service and sandwich making. Even more fun was making various sandwiches with different breads and toppings and then artfully arranging them on doilies to be presented to Vic staff working overtime.

If it wasn't for the impending doom of my Japanese exam, I'd be feeling pretty good...
