i am a bowie lobster from boston. love me, for i am huggable.

just got back from lunch and am about to head out to the grocery store to buy some last minute ingredients for my chocolate tasting party this evening. I made my specialty- chocolate cheesecake- yesterday and attempted pot de creme for the first time. The first batch of the mousse turned out okay, but the second batch was better.

So, the menu for tonight:

Espresso Bellinis
Chocolate and Brie Panini
Chocolate Pot de Creme (mousse) with whipped cream
Luscious Baked Chocolate Cheesecake
Caramel Almond Medallions dipped in Chocolate
Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

and some Red Wine and Prosecco to drink.

I am trying to live out my childhood dream of being a chef by cooking for people. I think it is the most satisfying thing to make food for people who truly appreciate the effort you put into it and thus make a fan club in your honour.
