According to my computer clock, which, I say in deference to that damn pop-up asking me whether my clock is correct- IT IS RIGHT!! - It is 1:35 in the afternoon. I was up at 5am. But that was Nova Scotia time, meaning that it was 4am Ontario time! Yay! I mean, who doesn't love waking up that early, going to THE HALIFAX! airport, being on a plane for two hours when you're cranky, and then coming home to a house that is going to be demolished in just under 24 hours from now. Yep, the movers are here at noon tomorrow to put all of our stuff into itty bitty boxes.

When I was in NB I saw Spiderman 2, don't remember if I mentioned that. Good movie, was impressed. But anyways, I saw my old best friend Naomi when I was in Shediac and I slept in a tent with her two friends Leanne and Tara. We got into a bit of trouble involving a canoe and a sandbar but other than that our little get-together was fine. well, then we went to the video store and rented 2 vids. One was Secret Window with Johnny Depp * drool * * drool * I had it figured out about half way through but it was still really good. Now, that's all well and normal right? Yeah, it was, until we watched the other thing we rented- "Puppetry of the Penis". For those of you who haven't heard of this, it is two australian guys on Broadway doing genital origami. I kid you not. And there was no censorship, just two nude men. And they were doing moves named "The Windsurfer", "The Woman", "The Hamburger", and many many other things. It was kinda entertaining though. But I still shudder...

Then we went to Nova Scotia for the semi-annual Directors' meeting. Dad was President so we got a suite, but the hotel was ugly so it was no big deal.I went out on the Companion tour and we went and toured a winery, went to Lunenburg, (I bought a sea captain's hat- I look very good in it), and then had a lobster dinner on the wharf. Now, I don't eat Lobster. I'll eat any seafood except for lobster and crab, so I had chicken. The dinner was fun and then we were supposed to have a bonfire and roast marshmallows and make s'mores and our vocalist was going to lead us in a sing-a-long but, like the rest of the trip, the weather was vengeful and bitchy. It rained. So we had the sing-a-long inside the tent. And it was fun.

You put a bunch of drunk men in one tent, with a vocalist, a guitar, and the Oldies music and you get real entertainment!Best song? "King of the Road"..very interesting... And we sang some Coaster Songs, and more oldies, and then Dad decided he wanted to leave cuz he was tired. I wanted to stay and go back with everyone else on the bus, as did mom, but we left with people who had brought their car. Well, we get back to the hotel and Dad proceeds to talk to guys in the Hospitality Suite unitl midnight. The bus came back at ten from the beach. UNFAIR!!

Oh, and in the hotel Chris and I rented "Mean Girls" and "Strasky and Hutch". The former was excellent, the latter not so. .. I am also half way though my Mishima book (read it on the plane) "Forbidden Colours" and it is most excellent.

When we got home today we called our dog-sitter and she brought Shiraz home. We all jumped on her and the dog started crying and whimpering. I love my dog!

And yes, I had to speak French many times over the past week. Many of the delegates are French and as I am the President's daughter, they all know and talk to me. I'm not as bad and out of practice as I thought I was. One conversation over lunch was about half an hour. Yay.

Oh, Dad and I are going to Japan in a few months- YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On the topic of Japan, I watched the last 5 episodes in the first season of Sailor Moon and I have one thing to say:

" I NEED MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! " Isn;t it sad how such a weird show could be so addictive? I need the second season- i think I may keel over and die!

I'm gonna go catch up on my smut, so later!
