Indeed,folks. Three finals down, 2 to go. I will now no longer have to think about Spanish for the next four months when I have to relearn all that I forcefully forgot over the summer.

But I digress.

I think the exam went okay, probably about the same as I do on the term tests. We had two hours to do what we normally do in one hour so I certainly had enough time (I think I left 45 minutes early or so) but with the inclass exams I usually breeze through it, going with my first instinct, and usually do pretty well. But this time we had a one page section full of blanks and had to put the verb in brackets in the proper tense. This time I made a lot of notes in the margins, underlining key words, and thinking a lot about which form I should use. But now I feel as though I overanalyzed a few sections to the point where I didn't see the obvious answer.

Oh well.

I resolve not to think about it.

To feel better after the exam I went to the library and got a bagfull of new books and then spent a couple of hours out in the quad under the glorious sun. It is also the second day in a row I have gotten up before 9:30 (today was 7:15!) so my days feel uber long. I feel better overall but also feel unproductive as I don't do much over the course of the 16 hours that I am up.

I took today off so tomorrow it is back to the books! Or livres! Or hon!
